The Shine of Wine

Being in Northern California and not been to Napa doesn't feel right especially if you are wine drinker. So, This blog is the blog where I will be talking about a lot of stuff but every blog will have wine as common denominator.

I heard on TV somewhere in one of the talk shows. When they asked a 103 years old lady, who was healthy of course at that age, What is the secret of your longevity? She said, Red wine, Parmesan Cheese and Garlic everyday. So first aspect of healthy life is drink wine daily in moderate quantity. However, an interesting study states that people who drink wine are generally people with sound socioeconomic back ground. These people are generally more conscious about health as well, which implies that these people are generally engaged in exercises as well as wary about what they eat and drink, hence these factors can be contributing reasons for longevity.

So wine helps but in moderate quantity. Excess of wine drinking lead to alcoholism.
